With a bold multi-spoke face and a full-face floating center cap, the HF-8 5-Lug is purpose-built for 5-lug performance and luxury SUV fitments. Flow forming stretches and densifies the aluminum barrel, delivering a strength-to-weight ratio close to that of a fully forged wheel at a more accessible price point.

Vossen's Hybrid Forged™ process begins with a cast aluminum center that is then flow-formed on the barrel — hydraulic rollers stretch and compress the material under heat, refining the grain structure of the aluminum. The result is a barrel with the strength and weight characteristics of a forged component, combined with the design flexibility of a cast face. This makes the HF series an ideal choice for drivers who want a step up from cast wheels without the lead time and cost of a fully made-to-order forged set.
