The Lamborghini Aventador is one of the last naturally-aspirated V12 supercars of its era and the definitive Sant'Agata flagship from 2011 to 2022. Mansory's Carbonado programme is what happens when that car is handed to Brand-Erbisdorf for a complete stealth-carbon reimagining. The Carbonado EVO is the second-generation build of that programme — a world-exclusive, fully re-designed carbon-fibre body with the Mansory house "Black Diamond" theme, developed for the original Aventador LP700-4 and applied to derivatives including Aventador S, SV and Roadster bodies.
If you are looking at the first-generation build, see the original Mansory Carbonado programme. For the open-top version see the Carbonado Apertos, and for the most extreme variant the Carbonado GT.
The EVO is supplied as a complete, coordinated carbon-fibre body programme rather than a loose set of parts. Every panel is engineered against the original Aventador body so the seams sit flush and the car keeps its factory homologation points.

Every visible-fibre component is autoclave-cured forged carbon, primed without clear coat in the signature Mansory stealth-look. Glossy finish is standard; matte is available on request. The EVO branding is subtle — the distinguishing mark is the "EVO" identifier on the sills rather than loud external logos. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for durability, not show-only carbon. Interior complement for the EVO build is typically a full re-trim: carbon dashboard inserts, carbon pedal set and EVO-branded leather on the doors and centre console.
The Carbonado EVO is specified around Mansory's CV7 Air fully-forged wheels, sized 9×20" front and 13×21" rear, typically with Pirelli P Zero in 255/30 ZR20 front and 355/25 ZR21 rear. See the Hodoor forged wheels collection for current finishes and alternative specs; CV7 Air can be configured to the Aventador's centre-lock or 5-lug bolt pattern depending on chassis generation.
On the engine side, the EVO sits on a completely re-worked V12. Mansory does not publish a fixed horsepower figure for the EVO programme — the car is configured per order — but context helps: the original Carbonado produced 1250 hp, and the top-spec Carbonado GT reached 1600 hp on the same platform. EVO builds are typically configured between those two reference points. Discuss exhaust, ECU and intake packages at order stage.
Carbonado EVO panels are engineered against the original Aventador body — LP700-4 base, with matched fitment for Aventador S (LP740-4), SV (LP750-4) and the LP700-4 Roadster. Installation is a body-shop job: expect one working week for the full exterior programme including paint-prep on the panels you choose to colour-match. No permanent cuts, no welding — the kit can be removed and the original Aventador body restored if the car is ever moved on. For the Superveloce Jota flagships see the Cabrera programme for the Aventador SVJ.
Mansory has built several Aventador programmes over the years. The Carbonado EVO is the "complete stealth" mid-point:
Full background on every Mansory Aventador build sits on the Mansory Aventador blog.
Three things change when the Carbonado EVO programme goes on an Aventador. First, visual weight: the stealth-look forged carbon panels re-draw the car's lines, and an EVO-built Aventador reads as a one-off even among other Aventadors. Second, actual aero: the rear wing, rear diffuser and side-intake modifications reduce lift at the speeds the V12 naturally pulls toward, which is where a stock-body Aventador starts to feel busy. Third, rarity. Carbonado EVOs are individually configured, with no two builds identical — the programme is meant as a collector build, not a catalogue tune.
Hodoor ships the Mansory Carbonado EVO programme for the Aventador worldwide from our European hub. Aventador collectors concentrate in specific corridors, and we have logistics, customs paperwork and installer contacts already in place in most of them.
Every shipment leaves with insured tracking and destination-specific paperwork. Email [email protected] with your VIN and we will quote a full-kit price landed at your door, including painting if you want us to handle it end-to-end.
Does the Carbonado EVO fit my Aventador S / SV / Roadster?
The EVO is engineered on the LP700-4 base body. Panel fitment is matched for Aventador S (LP740-4) and SV (LP750-4) coupes and can be adapted for the LP700-4 Roadster with the correct deck panel. For the Roadster body there is also the dedicated Carbonado Apertos programme. For the SVJ see the Cabrera programme. We confirm the right SKUs against your VIN before shipping.
Is the Carbonado EVO a widebody kit?
The fender geometry is re-drawn to clear the CV7 Air wheel-and-tyre package but the EVO is not a widebody programme in the same sense as Mansory's G-Class or Urus wide kits. The Aventador keeps its factory track. For Mansory's truly widebody V12 build see the Carbonado GT.
Forged carbon vs FRP — what is the difference?
Forged carbon costs more, shows the signature Mansory raw-weave under stealth primer, and is the iconic Carbonado look. FRP is paint-only, lighter on the wallet, and the right choice if you are colour-matching every panel anyway.
Can I order single EVO parts?
Yes. Front bonnet, rear wing, side skirts, door panels, rear diffuser and mirror housings are all available as standalone SKUs. Compatible Mansory parts for the same Aventador family — for example the Aventador SV J.S.1 Edition programme — can be combined into a single build.
What wheel options work with the EVO fenders?
CV7 Air in 9×20" / 13×21" is the reference fitment. Most forged wheels in the Hodoor forged wheels collection can be configured for the Aventador's bolt pattern and the EVO's arch clearances.
Will the kit fit a Lamborghini Urus or Huracán?
No — each model has its own Mansory programme. For the Urus see the Mansory Venatus EVO programme; for the V10 coupe see the Mansory Huracán kit.
