Mansory Carbon Fiber Body kit set for Ferrari 488 Siracusa 4XX Spider

MANSORY 4XX Siracusa Spider — the Open-Top Sibling to the 4XX Siracusa Coupé, Built on the Ferrari 488 Spider Donor with 790 hp Optional Engine Uprate

The Mansory 4XX Siracusa Spider is the open-top sibling of the 4XX Siracusa coupé programme — same visual language, same carbon aero, same widebody geometry, applied to the Ferrari 488 Spider donor (F142M-chassis, 2016-2019) with its folding aluminium retractable hardtop (RHT). Named after the ancient Sicilian city of Siracusa in Mansory's Mediterranean-themed naming convention (Stallone, Siracusa, Venatus, Apertos), the 4XX Siracusa Spider takes the same aggressive widebody and aero package as the coupé and re-engineers it for the Spider's distinct rear-deck geometry — crucially preserving the 14-second-operation retractable hardtop's stowage cavity, its buttress tonneau covers, and its sunken rear-bulkhead window. Underneath the carbon is the Ferrari F154CB 3.902 L 90° twin-turbocharged V8, a 3 902 cc turbocharged evolution of the F154 family shared with the Ferrari Portofino, California T, and Maserati MC20-era lineage — in factory Ferrari 488 Spider form this engine produces 670 hp at 8 000 rpm and 760 Nm at 3 000 rpm. Mansory's optional ECU and intake/exhaust package lifts output to 790 hp, transforming 0-100 km/h from 3.0 s to approximately 2.8 s and raising the top speed past 330 km/h.

Why the Spider donor deserved its own Siracusa

Mansory could have simply sold the Siracusa coupé widebody package as a Spider-compatible kit — many tuners take that shortcut. Instead, the 4XX Siracusa Spider is engineered specifically around the RHT geometry. The retractable hardtop when stowed occupies a cavity immediately aft of the seats, between the tonneau covers and the rear-bulkhead window; any aftermarket widebody that obstructs the tonneau-cover travel, adds mass to the tonneau linkage, or alters the rear-deck contour disables the roof function. The 4XX Siracusa Spider's full-replacement rear bumper, the sculpted rear-deck spoiler, and the rear-fender bonded arch extensions are all CAD-modelled against the factory tonneau-opening envelope. The roof continues to retract and deploy in its factory 14-second cycle on the modified car. Secondly, the Spider receives a revised Mansory fixed rear wing — or a lower-profile deck-spoiler option — to respect the open-top aerodynamic balance (the coupé's low-drag roof contributes to rear-axle downforce that the Spider does not have).

FAQ — 4XX Siracusa Spider programme

Does the retractable hardtop still work after widebody installation? Yes — the widebody panels are CAD-engineered around the factory RHT envelope. The aluminium hardtop retracts and deploys in its normal 14-second cycle.

Can the 4XX Siracusa Spider programme be fitted to a Pista Spider chassis? Yes — the 488 Pista Spider donor is supported, with minor adjustments to the front-fascia geometry to accommodate the Pista's revised S-Duct and front-splitter layout.

Is the optional 790 hp engine package Ferrari warranty-compatible? ECU remapping affects powertrain warranty. Mansory issues its own 12-month / 20 000 km warranty on the uprated components and Mansory stainless exhaust.

Will the E-Diff3 and F1-Trac continue to function normally? Yes — the body kit does not affect the rear-axle electronic differential or traction-control sensor geometry; both systems retain full factory function with recalibrated ride-height measurements.

Does the widebody require chassis modification or chassis cutting? No — all bonded arch extensions attach to the factory body with structural adhesive and fixtures; no chassis cutting is performed.

What Ferrari colours are available for Mansory paint-to-sample match? All Ferrari Tailor Made palette colours are available, plus classic Rosso Corsa, Giallo Modena, Nero Daytona, Argento Nürburgring, Blu Tour de France, Bianco Italia, and bespoke one-off Mansory paint codes.

Can the programme be specified with a low-profile rear spoiler instead of the fixed wing? Yes — a low-profile carbon deck-spoiler alternative is available for owners prioritising open-top aesthetics over track-oriented downforce generation.
