Construction is FRP composite with basalt-fibre reinforcement for impact resistance and a shorter repair timeline than dry carbon. Carbon-fibre accents (where included) are pre-preg autoclave with a 2×2 twill weave and clear-coat finish. Hodoor Custom Design is the in-house composite studio — we build bespoke widebody and aero panels to spec at our workshop.
Fits the Land Rover Range Rover platform across the relevant build years. Hodoor strongly recommends a fitment confirmation step before production: chassis code, build year, trim level — we cross-check against the manufacturer's tooling and confirm radar/sensor compatibility before the panels are laid up.
Plan for 30–60 hours of bodyshop time end-to-end: trial-fit, panel-gap adjustment (±2 mm tolerance is standard for composite), sanding, primer, base + clear, cure, reassembly with new OEM gaskets. Wider wheels (widened track) are recommended to match flared fenders.
Full body-kit pricing usually lands between €15,000 and €38,000 depending on whether the carbon-fibre add-on package is included and how complex the platform is. Painting, installation and freight are billed separately by the receiving body shop / logistics provider. Orders ship in reinforced wooden crates with foam inserts. Indicative transit times once the order leaves our workshop:
Customs clearance and duty are paid by the consignee and depend on the destination country.
Most orders come from private owners building a long-term car, plus a smaller share from independent tuning workshops; a minority go to dealer demo cars and media-loaner fleets.
Hodoor Custom Design is the in-house composite fabrication studio, building bespoke widebody and aero panels to spec.
The product ships as an aftermarket cosmetic / performance conversion. TÜV (Germany), MOT / IVA (UK) or local equivalent certification is the buyer's responsibility and depends on your country. Hodoor can supply manufacturer datasheets to support an inspection.
Some installations may impact OEM warranty on related components (paint, sensors, suspension). Please confirm with your dealer before ordering. Hodoor does not extend OEM warranty.
Items ship unpainted in primer / gel-coat by default. Paint-to-VIN matching is offered as an option in select destinations — ask for a quote when enquiring.
Many products are sold as complete sets because geometry is engineered to work together. Spare individual panels may be available on request — write to [email protected] with the chassis code you are working with.
Send your VIN, chassis code (e.g. G05, F95, X167), production year and trim level to [email protected]. We confirm sensor cut-outs, parking-sensor compatibility and bracket offsets with the manufacturer before production starts.
