Body panels are laminated in FRP composite reinforced with basalt or fibreglass fabric, finished in primer-ready grey gel-coat. Optional carbon-fibre pieces (mirror caps, canards, diffuser blades) are pre-preg autoclave carbon with 2×2 twill weave. Ildar Project is a Russian custom-design studio building one-off composite panels — production runs are typically 10–30 units per platform.
Designed around BMW X7 40D G07 body lines, but every modern car carries cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors that are sensitive to bumper geometry. Confirm exact build (year + trim) with us before ordering so we can pre-verify sensor cut-outs against the production CAD.
A trained body shop will need 35–60 hours: dry fit, gap calibration (±2 mm is normal for composite), sanding, primer, two-stage paint, full cure, and reassembly with new OEM gaskets. Wheel and tyre upgrades are usually scheduled in parallel.

Wire transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) is the default for full orders; for smaller items we accept Visa/Mastercard via secure gateway. A 30% deposit is typical to start production; balance is due before shipping.
