Custom Forged Wheels Manufacturing

Custom Forged Wheels — Made for Your Car. Made for You.

The wheel that fits your car perfectly does not always exist in a catalogue. Maybe you need a size no one produces. Maybe every available design looks like someone else’s choice. Maybe you want something that no other car in your city — or your country — is rolling on. That is exactly what we build.

Hodoor manufactures fully custom forged wheels to individual order. No minimum batch, no catalogue constraints, no compromise between what you want and what happens to be in stock. You describe the car, the size, the look. We engineer and manufacture the wheel.

Why Forged — and Why Custom

A forged wheel starts as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy — the same material used in aerospace and motorsport — pressed under approximately 10,000 tonnes of force until the grain structure aligns throughout the piece. The result is a wheel that is roughly 30% lighter than an equivalent cast design, with significantly higher fatigue strength and impact resistance.

For performance cars, the weight difference is immediately felt: shorter braking distances, sharper turn-in, better ride quality. For electric vehicles, reducing unsprung mass directly improves range and handling. For SUVs and luxury cars, a bespoke forged wheel is the one modification that is wholly unique to you — something no one else can order from a shelf.

How It Works

Step 1 — Design & Specification

We start with a conversation. You tell us the car, the intended use, and what you are going for visually. We discuss diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish. If you have a reference design, we work from it. If you want something completely original, our AI Wheel Design Service can generate over 1,000 unique concepts in a single session, or our in-house designer can develop sketches from scratch. Once the design is agreed, we produce a full technical drawing for your sign-off before any metal is touched.

Step 2 — Forging & Machining

Production begins the moment the drawing is approved. The aluminium billet is heated and pressed in a closed-die forging operation, then CNC-machined to final dimensions with tolerances held to within 0.05 mm. Every wheel is individually balanced, measured, and inspected before leaving the facility. Standard production time is four to eight weeks from design approval.

Step 3 — Surface Finishing & Delivery

Choose from gloss black, matte black, brushed titanium, polished aluminium, anthracite, or fully custom RAL colour matching — including two-tone and contrasting barrel finishes. Ceramic clear coat is applied as standard, protecting against brake dust, road salt, and UV degradation. Wheels are shipped individually boxed with full insurance coverage to over 40 countries.

Who We Have Built For

Our clients include owners of performance cars who need a specific fitment or a lighter alternative to a discontinued OEM design; owners of luxury SUVs and large-format vehicles who want a design that no one else has; electric vehicle owners reducing unsprung mass for range and handling gains; and motorsport teams requiring non-standard specifications at short run quantities. We have manufactured wheels for over 200 vehicle platforms — from Porsche 911 GT3 and BMW M3 to Mercedes-AMG G63 and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does production take?
Four to eight weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on design complexity and finish. We give you an exact timeline at the start of the project before any commitment is made.

What does a custom forged wheel cost?
Pricing depends on size, design complexity, and finish. As a reference point, a set of four custom forged wheels in 20” typically starts from €3,500–4,500 for the set. Contact us with your specification for an exact quote — we aim to respond within one business day.

Can you replicate an existing design?
Yes. If you have a wheel you love but it does not come in your bolt pattern or size, we can engineer an equivalent from your reference. We can also reproduce discontinued OEM designs or adapt a design you found elsewhere.

Do I need to know the exact specification in advance?
No. If you are not sure about offset or size, we work through it with you based on your car, your tyre choice, and your intended use. We have fitment data for several hundred platforms.

Can I order a single replacement wheel?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity. Single replacements, pairs, and staggered front-rear setups are all standard.

Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to over 40 countries with full customs documentation and insured logistics. If you are in the EU, wheels ship customs-free. If you are outside the EU, we handle the export paperwork.

Is the wheel certified for road use?
TÜV part appraisal and JWL load certification are available where applicable. We confirm certification options at the specification stage based on your country of registration and intended use.
